Hatch and Brownback Rail Against "Extreme Judicial Activism"
'Extreme' judicial activism

By Orrin Hatch and Sam Brownback

There's an old saying in the legal community: "Bad facts make bad law." Activist judges continue to prove that bad judges make bad law. The Jan. 20 decision in U.S. v. Extreme Associates dramatically shows just what judicial activism really is and the real dangers that it poses to society.

(Keep in mind that much of what "Lizzie Borden" says is probably exaggerated as a way to draw attention to her company. Hatch and Brownback don't take that into consideration.)

6. So, Bush v. Gore isn't on their radar?
Facts and history are inconvenient and simply disregarded when it comes to the Hatch and Brownback-types.

7. More GOP projecting
"Activist Judges" in Bush v. Gore put Bushitler in power. They are the people who enabled the take over America by the neocon kleptocracy.

States' Rights and non-activist judges are SOOO important-- unless of course they get in the way of a GOP objective-- such as over-riding the outcome of a presidential election.

So, judges can be activists as long as they protect the RNC and its donors. If judges try to protect the little guy (protection that is becoming all the more necessary these days) then they will be labeled "activist" and sent packing.

Hypocrites!
