Independent voters sue Democrats, alleging conspiracy against Nader

A group of independent voters is suing John Kerry and the Democratic National Committee for allegedly conspiring to stifle the presidential campaign of Ralph Nader and prevent creation of a third political party.

West Virginia Attorney General Darrell McGraw and Kanawha County Prosecutor Mike Clifford are also named as defendants in the lawsuit, which was filed Friday in federal court in Manhattan. ..

The lawsuit alleges that Democrats and Republicans alike are using their positions in Congress and state governments to establish an election system that favors continued dominance by the two parties.

A Democratic National Committee spokesman calls the lawsuit frivolous. ..

10. I watched him over the weekend on C-span. He said there was a suit

against the Kerry camp. for intimidating voter registrars. That scared me!!

He claims that the dems are doing the same thing as the repukes in terms of asking some scary/intimidating questions about who was signing up whom on their registration drives. Yikes. I hope this isn't true........ :scared:

Ralphie boy put himself in this fix by refusing to face reality and not run this year. Guess he doesn't have anything else to do than try to have people paying his way for a year at a time, and trying to bury his own duplicity in fighting words. Thank god he's not even going to be on the ballot in a lot of states already--wish he weren't going to be on the ballot in ALL the states.
