Military Mute On Vaccine Danger?
A half million U.S. soldiers were inoculated for the war with Iraq. Some of them got sick after their vaccinations. Whether the vaccines were to blame remains an open question because, as CBS News Correspondent Sharyl Attkisson reports, the military may not be reporting all the cases properly.

When Army Reservist Rachael Lacy got her military shots last spring, she became deathly ill in a matter of weeks.

The coroner listed "recent smallpox and anthrax vaccination(s)" as contributors to her death.

Yet the military doesn't mention Lacy under "Noteworthy Adverse Events" in an article in the Journal of the American Medical Association touting its smallpox vaccine success. It claims no deaths.

The Bush Crime Family is our worst nightmare come true! I just can't believe how corrupt this administration is. I can't believe there's not much of a peep from the Whore Media!

You're going to tell me the military is going to vote Repuke? Right Limbaugh! I predict military is 85% Dem. in 2004!

1. The vaccines are never addressed.
Two valid hypotheses have never been publicly addressed with regard to the anthrax vaccine. One, the immunizing agent within the vaccine itself is damaging. Two, the compound squalene, used as an adjuvant within the vaccine, is the cause of symptoms associated with GWS.

Squalene is generally acknowledged to have severely detrimental effects on the immune system.

There is one solid experimental "control" group for studying the effects of the vaccines supplied by the US military: French forces in the first gulf war. The commander of the French forces during the first gulf war refused to allow the administration of the anthrax vaccine to French troops because, in his mind, its safety had not been proven. These French troops served in the same regions of Kuwait and Iraq as did their American and British counterparts. They were exposed, presumably, to the same dirt, air, chemicals as anyone else within the region. Yet claims of GWS are virtually non-existent among French veterans of the first gulf war, whereas tens to hundreds of thousands of American and British troops claim to be afflicted.

And now, a dozen years later, more American troops are dying for inexplicable reasons.

Blaming the anthrax vaccine may seem sort of conspiracy oriented. Consider for a second...the smallpox vaccine, one of the LEAST safe vaccines available, was made available upon request to any and every medical professional who wanted it in response to 9/11. The idea was to immunize the medical community so they could safely deal with a biological attack.

Officially, two nations on the face of the planet have stores of smallpox. Anthrax, otoh....well, anyone with a cowfield and a little patience can cultivate anthrax.

So, if the anthrax vaccine is so remarkably safe, why the hell wasn't it offerred to medical professionals along with the smallpox vaccine?
