DJ Cliff sinned, but it's not hate speech
By Douglas Carew

The Broadcasting Complaints Commission of SA has ruled that radio personality Gareth Cliff sinned when he interviewed "Jesus" on air.

Cliff, a DJ at 5fm and a judge on the televised talent search Idols, conducted the interview during his Drive Show, which starts at 3pm on weekdays.

The interview, which coincided with the much-hyped release of Mel Gibson's controversial film The Passion of the Christ, led to complaints that Cliff had blasphemed and was guilty of hate speech.

Sinclair Broadcasting is going to SAVE you before the SATAN SIN touches your ear. Praise Jesus!
