"Prison officials in South Dakota say their pleas for information about inmate James Vernon McVay were ignored for nearly two months by the Nebraska Department of Corrections.

McVay now is being held in Wisconsin for killing 75-year-old Maybelle Schein of Sioux Falls by slashing her throat just two days after he was put into the community transition program because he was compliant with his Individual Program Directive, which allowed him to avoid a parole hearing.

McVay says the killing was the first step in a plan to assassinate President Obama"

A South Dakota prison inmate released from solitary confinement two days earlier at South Dakota State Penitentiary killed my neighbor, a hospice nurse,stole her Buick Lucerne (thank god for OnStar that tracked him down in 30 minutes from SFPD notifying OnStar) to start his plot to kill President Obama and Vice President Biden. Some serious buck passing is going on here between Nebraska and South Dakota prison systems. This is the latest of the ongoing tragedy. Maybelle Schein was the hospice and occasional home nurse for my grandma, who lived to be over 100 years old.

Here are some more relevant articles from the previous couple of days, again referring to his killing spree until he "shoots Obama on the golf course". How many of you remember the guy in South Dakota joking about a "burning bush" that got put in prison for threatening GW Bush. It will be interesting to see what happens here.

You can find his quotes saying only being able to listen to Hannity and Limbaugh only increased his hate and resolve to kill Obama. There are earlier quotes from him in Nebraska stating he wanted to kill Biden, this was a few years ago. Yet they let him walk.

Sorry about your neighbor and friend, and I'm always sorry to lose a hospice nurse, but I don't think they're passing the buck so much as covering it up.

Ms. Maybelle Schein sounds like a real-life angel, 75 years young and still administering to others, especially the dying as a Hospice nurse. Yet this useless psychopath thought he would be doing the world a favor by killing this poor woman in order to to go onto killing Obama and Biden.

A real fu_cking patriot.
