'Heartbeat' Bill Moves Closer To Vote

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The "Heartbeat Bill," a controversial abortion law, is expected to be voted on Wednesday by an Ohio House committee.

If approved by the House health committee, it would head to the full Ohio House for a vote, 10TV's Shayla Reaves reported.

The bill would ban abortions once a fetal heartbeat can be detected, often as early as six weeks.

On Tuesday pro-life supporters made another push for passage of the bill, Reaves reported.
