Former Vice President Cheney released from hospital
Edited on Mon Aug-09-10 06:40 PM by cheneyschernobyl
Source: CNN

"Former Vice President Dick Cheney was released from a Virginia hospital Monday following surgery last month to implant a small pump in his heart, according to a statement from his office.

The surgery at the Inova Fairfax Heart and Vascular Institute was announced on July 14.

Cheney has a history of heart problems, including five heart attacks, and the procedure he underwent is used in severe cases that require a mechanical pump to keep the circulation going, said Dr. Tim Gardner, former president of the American Heart Association. Gardner was not involved in Cheney's treatment.

Cheney suffered his first heart attack in 1978 at age 37. He also suffered heart attacks in 1984 and 1988, and underwent a quadruple bypass surgery to unblock his arteries. "

If crash-cart needs a mechanical pump to keep his blood circulating, then pull the plug! Let's rid the world of this piece of garbage! Wait a minute...that might be giving garbage a bad name. At least garbage (before it was garbage) served a useful purpose at one time.

By nature I'm a lover and don't wish harm/bad things to anyone...but in his case I'll make an exception!

3. Eric Holder needs to hurry up and indict Dick, time is running out
It would be a shame for Dick Cheney to die a free man. Prison would be much more becoming of him.

8. He must feed.
Expect to see small mammals, family pets, and the occasional homeless person disappear in his area.

9. He's tied to his pump and electrical power
As long as he remains relatively immobile and can't travel to enjoy his millions in Halliburton war-profiteering blood money, then I'm satisfied, although intermittent power failures would be a chuckle.

14. I hope that, before they released him, they put a tracking collar on him
That way, if he's caught trying to kill again, he can be euthanized.

I have an idea. Next time he needs an LVAD implanted, how about we have Halliburton design it? They can design it the same way they did the "blowout regulator" on the Gulf Oil platform!

USA, you're showing your bias. The BOP on the Deepwater Horizon was manufactured by Cameron International.

You're right Lifeson. Halliburton was responsible for the faulty cement work. Maybe we can get them to cement Cheney's heart!
