Biden continually portrayed himself and Barack Obama as down to Earth candidates who understand the problems of working Americans. By contrast, he cast Republican Sen. John McCain as a wealthy candidate who has no idea how the middle class struggles in today’s economy and who would continue George Bush’s economic policies if elected.
About 600 people braved crisp weather and threatening skies to hear Biden speak on the football field of Flat Rock Community High School. Biden gave them a scathing portrayal of the Republican candidate. ...
