Congress investigating another hazard for US troops, faulty wiring that has electrocuted at least 15 soldiers and Marines at US installations in Iraq
U.S. lawmakers are pressing the Pentagon to explain why it has failed to protect U.S. soldiers in Iraq from the hazards of deficient electrical work on military bases.

Faulty wiring has killed at least 15 U.S. soldiers and Marines in Iraq. But an initial report from the Pentagon's inspector general has found no evidence of wrongdoing.

2. Most Likely a grounding issue, and possibly multiple distribution nodes located to closely.
Imagine if one has multiple sources of electricity, and improper grounding. There would be many places that the potential between the ground, concrete, and/or metal will abound.

their supervisor made a remark something to the effect of: that's not our concern.
