Bush urges diversity in spy recruitment

WASHINGTON - President Bush instructed the nation's new spy chief to focus on finding more recruits with the language skills and cultural background to collect information on al-Qaida and other terrorist groups.

Good on ya chimpy...only took ya 6 years...in another 6 we might have radios that work across multiple agencies...Kinda like a 5 year old that just learnded to use the tolilet...very happy, but WTF took so long?
