Man Is Convicted in Anthrax Hoax Case

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- An anti-abortion extremist was convicted of 51 counts Wednesday for mailing hundreds of envelopes of fake anthrax to women's clinics. The jury deliberated for about two hours.

Clayton Waagner, who once was on the FBI's ``10 Most Wanted'' list, concluded his defense Wednesday by telling the jury that he was a proud terrorist and that people who provide abortions should be shot.
