Santorum signs sexual orientation non-discrimination policy
After a meeting with a Pennsylvania-based activist Adrian Shanker, US Senator Rick Santorum (R-PA) has signed onto a letter affirming that his office does not discriminate in hiring on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity, PageOneQ has learned. Santorum is the 170th member of Congress to sign the statement.

In a statement issued by GenderPAC, the Gender Public Advocacy Coalition, executive director Riki Wiliams said, "We welcome Sen. Santorum's signature affirming the need for basic equality in his own hiring practices. It puts him in good company with 169 other Members of Congress who have signed this statement."

4. GOOD! Now he's pissed off the few remaining supporters he had!
Rickey didn't realize how many people he was alienating by his past behavior, now he's trying to find a supporter in any corner he can. He's not going to get the pissed off ones back, and with this signing, he's most likely pissed off the few who stuck with him.

Good going Rickey! Are ya checking on a job after being in the Senate...and before you go to prison?????

9. Ricky's gay staffers are the only ones who will never get abortions
And I know this is far-fetched, but I have a small, sneaking suspicion that Santorum's communications director, "Gay Bobby" Traynham, has been deliberately sabotaging the Senator's career behind the scenes.

Rick Santorum's Communications Director confirms to PageOneQ he is gay, stands behind Senator
by Michael Rogers

(He said he "Stands behind" Santorum... duh huh... huh huh... gives him a reach-around too...duh huh huh...)

In a phone call recorded by PageOneQ and blogACTIVE.com, Robert Traynham, Director of Communications for United States Senator Rick Santorum (R-PA) has said he is an out gay man who completely supports the Senator.

("Supports the Senator"... he means he cups his balls... duh huh.. huh huh...)

When asked how a gay man could speak for one of the nation's most notorious homophobes, Traynham, left, protested that has "been with the Senator for eight years."

("Been with the senator... like as a couple? Duh huh.... huh huh)

Traynham went on to say "Senator Santorum is a man of principle, he is a man who sticks up for what he believes in, I strongly do support Senator Santorum."

(Yeah, I bet he "sticks up" duh huh.. huh huh... Hey, Beavis... why are you looking at me like that?)
