US seeks to defuse India-Iran row
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/south_asia/4649742.stm

The US has sought to defuse a row following comments made by its envoy in India over its relations with Iran.

The US State Department said Mr Mulford was voicing his "personal opinion" and Mr Mulford says his remarks have been "taken out of context"

Washington agreed last year to share advanced civilian nuclear technology with Delhi, lifting sanctions triggered by India's nuclear tests in 1998.

Mr McCormack also sought to delink the civilian nuclear deal with how India votes on the Iran issue.

"We deal with the Indian government on these two issues as separate issues. Certainly, they come up in the same conversations," he told reporters in Washington.

3. What a moron.
Suppose India does not want to "delink" those two issues?
Why should India allow them to have it both ways?

4. Before anybody thinks they've "changed their ways",
this is exactly what they do in Washington. They act outrageously, take unbelievable risks, screw countries over.

Then they wait for the fallout.

Sometimes there isn't much. "That's good," they think. Like when they punished the Phillipines for pulling out their troops. Or the many, many times they've killed people in Afghanistan and Iraq. Or when they insulted the French.

Other times, the fallout is enormous. Like when they assassinated the Italian hostage negotiator Calipari. And the time they stomped on the Koran at Gitmo. That was huge. It caused riots that lasted for days.

This latest row with India? The thugs in the White House only understand POWER, and LACK OF POWER. They don't do subtleties. That will lead to their undoing.
