SENATE WATCH-10/22/2003 (#1-9:30 AM) [Class Action Cloture Motion]

The Senate convenes at 9:30 AM.

After the transaction of any morning business
(not to extend beyond 11:30 AM), the Senate will continue consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of S. 1751, the Class Action Lawsuit bill, with a vote on the cloture motion on the motion to proceed to the bill to occur at approximately 12:30 PM.
