5. just as misleading
the settlement was specifically to honor contractual obligations, money he was certainly owed. Full credit for the brilliant work of others is not something that he is owed, however.

9. actually no
because it wasnt a character ownership suit, just a prior percentage agreement that they thought they could welch out on. Too bad he couldnt just steal the company in the settlement and give it to the characters ala Roger Rabbit.

4. One of the biggest frauds in history
Stan Lee never created a damn thing. Calling him the creator of the Marvel characters is like calling Les Moonves the creator of the characters on CBS TV shows.

theres plenty that he deserves credit for, not all good though.
