Iraqi Prime Minister´s Party Out of New Government
Baghdad, Mar 21 (Prensa Latina) The Shiite National Agreement Party led by Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi will be excluded from the new government, spokesman Monser Al Gauily stated Monday.

Al Gauliy said the 40 members of that party elected in January 2004 elections would exercise the opposition in Parliament.

If this is right it means that Allawi rejected being Defense Minister or VP in the new government and plans to lead the opposition before the next elections in about seven months. Of course if the Shia and Kurds don't work together before the next session of parliament none of this will matter.

3. Methinks voting machines will be in place by the next election.
This little "glitch" won't be acceptable.
