Obama nominates Mike Lee advisor as US attorney

Guess it's a cave on nominations too.
Let's hope the Senate does not confirm David Barlow. He is the top legal advisor to Republican tenther, Sen. Mike Lee, whose more radical positions include:

- it is unconstitutional for the federal government to provide “a decent retirement plan.”
- it is unconstitutional for the federal government to provide “health care”
- child labor laws are unconstitutional because the Constitution “was designed to be a little bit harsh.” -
- food safety is “not necessarily the role of the federal government.”
- federal anti-poverty programs are “not necessarily the role of the federal government” under the Constitution.
- federal disaster relief violates the Constitution.
