I don't think they ever refused to support Bush--If you have an article or quote from radio play I'd gladly retract my thought.
From my memory, On the Mike Singorele show, a representative from the Log Cabin said if Bush supported the amendment he didnt think the log cabin leaders would support bush. Then when bush came out for the amendment, the representative said "It is not up to me to decide what they do, I just work there"
This is a very rough quote from several weeks back--but basically they (the Log Cabins) flip flop more than Kerry and Bush combined :)
On another note, I don't know why Gays or anyone would give them much attention--they are a fringe group who give gays a bad name--The claim to support conservative values but when the president starts policing the world, spending money like mad, and trying to change the constitution, they say "well he is the republican".
