Announcement: There is to be no further dying on DU

We are only halfway through the year, and we've already lost at least four of our best and brightest. This will not be permitted to continue. Any DUer considering dying must contact me for express permission. The latter will not be forthcoming.

Kindly forgive the frivolous tone of this post. It may sound silly, but is from the heart. I love you guys and want you all to stay around. Give yourselves a hug.

I know London a lot better than I know Andy Stephenson, but I'm not crying about London. That was a hell of a man-- smart, courageous, tenacious, indomitable, and funny as all get out. Peace to you sir, and may Termite and the rest of your family and friends take comfort that you are at last beyond pain.

Maybe a few late night appearances in the White House, some unexplained glitches in the Diebold voting machines, whatever he can accomplish. We will miss him here.

he and I talked about me dragging his butt back here to haunt me if he had the audacity to die on me...but I like the idea of bringing him back to haunt the voting machines better. :hug:
