The jury thing is probly in all 50 states; owning a gun, yes that's a federal policy.

But I think each state has its own law on felony disenfranchisement, and I think only Alabama, Mississippi, Florida (remember 2000?), Kentucky and Virginia still have lifetime disenfranchisement.
