To let them know why we will no longer be flying.

I'm lucky - I don't need to fly for business or to visit family. Someday I would love to go to England and Wales. But since that will not be possibly until after my knee replacements, I will not be going unless I can take a ship. I will absolutely not permit a stranger to grope me when my artificial knees set off the equipment.

The training of children to permit this intrusion is appalling - no government official should have the authority to insist on genital grouping of a child. As for threatening the parents who object - that should be instant grounds for firing.
