Lester Pines will be bringing a new suit against Walker on April 12th on the collective bargaining issue, coincidentally in front of Judge Sumi again. This was the luck of the draw in her getting this case as well as the previous one.

Attorny Pines will Represent Kathleen Falk the Dane County Executive (Dane County being the home of Madison) and it's based on the 3/5ths quorum rule, passing legislation of a financial nature requiring a quorum of 3/5ths of the senate legislature, this will further complicate matters for Walkers Cronies. It appears that reintroducing the bill on collective bargaining, which they can do, no longer has the support of the needed majority to pass. The rumor being certain republican senators are in fear of being recalled in the future has put Fitzgerald and the bill in a well deserved limbo
