65. That web site does include economy related items, and I can provide
examples ...

If you have a 401k, its recovered. DOW at ~7500 when he takes office, ~12,000 today. This pleases me.

The unemployment rate has turned around, and now sits at 8.9%, only about .2% above where it was one month after stimulus passed (8.7% March 2009), and is down about 1.1% since its high of 10.2% (October 2009). Turning that around in just 2 years is impressive. This pleases me.

Relatedly, job creation has been positive for each of the last 11 months. This pleases me.

GDP has been positive for quite a while now. This pleases me.

I also am pleased with the financial reform bill. I might also like more, but I am pleased with the start, particularly given the resistance.

You also missed those posts calling out Obama saving the auto industry. I'd call that related to the economy. And it too pleases me.

As for your point about equal pay and stem cells, you degrade those because they happened at the beginning?????? Not sure why.

You mention the wars ... he reduced our troops in Iraq to the number he said he would within 19 months (he had promised 16 months, off by 3 months). And as a candidate, he said he would increase troops in Afghanistan, and he did. You might not like either of these, but they were KNOWNS and he did exactly what he said he'd do.

You leave out DADT and DOMA. Those also please me.

Your first sentence above is key.

You've basically just said ... that there are certain issues (unspecified) relative to which, nothing else matters.

If you can't assess specific items from that web site on their own, and then objectively decide if they, standing alone, "please you", what's the point?
