85. I'm hoping that Obama will simply announce that he is not running in 2012
and that we will get a stronger, more assertive, more sincere, more dedicated candidate.

Obama is a nice guy, but he is just not a fighter.

He does easy stuff, but he has not been able to get anything a little challenging through Congress, not even when he had a large Democratic majority in the House. He is ineffective when it comes to reaching out to the American people and getting Americans to persuade their Congressmen to vote for more liberal ideas. It isn't that Obama can't state a case for liberal legislation. It's that he doesn't do it to the right people at the right time, not to the people who are going to push Congress to support audacious legislation. And if there ever was a time for audacity in D.C. it has been the past two years.

I just hope Obama has the wisdom to see that he needs to let someone else step in.
