1. I agree. Even he doesn't believe what he spews.
His chin flick to America and his "get over it" were the most honest expressions of his judicial philosopy that he's managed in his 77 years.

BTW, I just checked his wiki for his date of birth and noticed that, like Sunstein, Kagan, Obama and others, Scalia also went to Harvard Law before teaching at University of Chicago.

I guess it's not that unusual, as the two are considered among the best universities in the nation. Yale, too.
