165. Actually, for the US, that stat should be "ZERO".
All of those other countries have vacation mandated by law. The US does not - that average is due to companies that choose to give you PTO. They're not required by law to do so. Same with Maternity leave; we're one of 4 industrialized nations out of 173 that have no mandatory paid maternity leave.
