and that is very different, than willingly sacrificing someone else. This freakin scenario reminds me of the excuses to justify torture. If the bad guys had your daughter or a nuclear device and was going to kill/destroy and you only had so many hours to find the girl/device-you have the perpetrator in custody. Why do they think torture is the only way to get the information? Complete bullshite. I mean if we see how much torture doesn't work, those who were tortured during the inquisition only further perpetrated the lie about palling around with the devil and flying on brooms.
