11. Several mistatements
1) The city does not control the airspace. That belongs to the FAA. I looked at the FAA website. One TFR in the area and not for this action. Don't know NYC well enough if the park was covered by it. 2) A mayor can not get a judge off the case directly. He may have called a friend, (who knows at this point), but he lacks the direct authority.
