Clinton created a COLA tax cut. Every single year under Clinton, the brackets were adjusted upward as cost of living increased. This in turn lowered taxes year after year.

If you count each of those as a separate tax cut, then I can add 8 tax cuts to the total number of federal income tax cuts I have worked through. I believe the total is over 20, and I've only been working 27 years.

Yet, people still complain that the federal gov't keeps raising taxes. Which pretty much means those people are fucking idiots.
