that the whole, entire anti-abortion argument is built firmly on a foundation of the rankest misogyny.

Most of the time it's dressed up in camouflage -- "right to life" or concern about the unborn "child" and other self-deceptions -- but at base it's rank misogyny and NOTHING else. Always was, always will be.

And yes, of course women can be misogynists. and many are. We have a society that teaches its members to hate and despise, discount and minimize women and women's concerns (including their children, except when viewed as property), women are not immune from those teachings!! In fact, the whole point of all those "consciousness-raising" groups and events so many years ago (and desperately needed again / still) was to shake women loose from their conditioning so they could SEE how society worked against them and taught them to work against one another, themselves, and their entire sex.
