you suggest adopting a german model for hiring and firing yet don't actually think out what that means.
for that to work we would also have to adopt other german social and political models that work to make their practice feasible.
we don't have a system that pays the unemployed a living wage forever if necessary.
we don't have free university education.
our medical bills are unaffordable without a job.
you need to think through your proposals before claiming they are better.
