I think Qadaffi used to call him 'My friend, Mr Boooosh'.

But as far as your question, Qadaffi is the Libyan people's problem. I don't know why we are always interfering in the business of other people. Eg, the Iraqis could have removed Saddam themselves if we had not stopped them and helped HIM many times.

As far as who was the biggest threat to World Peace, there is no question it was Mr. Cheerleader and most of the world agrees.

But why we aren't going after him? Because he was only doing his job for the real rulers of this country. Until we find out who they are and remove them from power, war criminals are very safe here in the US.
