19. The law passed very recently; I don't know if it has taken effect yet.
There's typically a lag time for the laws to come into effect. It might be the 1st of January of this year, or the 1st of July, or it might be X months after the law passed.


In any case, getting busted for illegal concealed-carry is now the least of this guy's worries.
