Fox host rips ‘radical liberal left’ over own 9/11 misstatement

When the conservative Fox News Channel’s own Eric Bolling said earlier this week that there were no terrorist attacks on U.S. soil during the Bush administration, what he really meant was that Americans were kept safe following the worst terrorist attack in the nation’s history on Sept. 11, 2011.

And even though President George W. Bush’s former spokeswoman was on the same broadcast and failed to correct him, that doesn’t mean he “forgot” about 9/11 — he just forgot to mention it.

According to Bolling, the “radical liberal left” is villain for correcting him.

“Yesterday I misspoke when saying there were no U.S. terror attacks during the Bush years,” he said. “Obviously, I meant in the aftermath of 9/11.”
