Saland has spoken for several minutes about the #gaymarriage bills protections for religous and other groups, hasn't said how he'll vote

Saland was one of three Senators who led negotiations with the governors office over language changes #gaymarriage

Saland is potential 32nd vote, speaking now, but hasn't tipped his hand.
