66. "working against Democrats."
THAT is where the divide occurs. There is the side that says we must support anyone with the "D" next to their name and not doing so enables Republicans. In a very binary since, I suppose that has a certain amount of truth. It's sort of like saying those who are against charter schools are against schools. Again, accurate in a black/white sort of way but hardly accurate. The other side says, "Not so fast, why should I give blind support to someone who consistently votes AGAINST my interests and those of my neighbors in favor of large corporations?" I think that is a legitimate argument and it's a question that should be allowed and openly discussed without silly threats about loyalty, which, IMHO, is counter-productive.
