Is there enough evidence that Jamie Dimon was willfully blind to the point that he can be sent to federal prison? How's about Lloyd Blankfein? They couldn't even prosecute some of those hedged funds managers that flat out misled their investors.

You must have sent me the wrong piece because in the one I read he didn't say anything about how the actions that we know about violate laws they could have prosecuted under.
