Joint Chiefs Staffers Issue Paper Saying America Has Overreacted To Islamic Extremism

The piece was written by two senior members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CAPT Wayne Porter, USN and Col Mark "Puck" Mykleby) in a "personal" capacity, but it is clear that it would not have seen the light of day without a measure of official approval.
