I mean, when was the last time you saw a true 'debate'. Two Senators of opposite parties going back and forth, point and counterpoint?

I cannot even watch the Republicans on the Senate floor now, they are so disingenuous. They throw every lie and distortion possible while contradicting themselves.

"This bill has no cost controls", yet "The Dem bill will cut payments to Medicare providers". Ok, so do you want cost savings or not? And the cuts are partly to the 'Medicare Advantage' plans.

"This bill raises taxes", yet "We cannot pass debt onto our children". The tax raise was so the bill was deficit neutral.

Blah blah blah. It is maddening.
