25. The More Republicans Talk, The Deeper They Dig Their Grave
While I do see fractures forming at the seams of the Democratic Party, there is no party more disorganized or out of touch with the American people than the current form the Republican party has taken. Any time one of them speaks, it provides a plethora of ammunition for the left.

I know many on the left fear a Republican administration headed by someone like Palin, but I just don't see how the American people could go for it, especially after the eight years under the rule of Chimpy McCoke-Spoon. The right may sway the twisted hearts and minds of the Tea Party crowd, but they scare the ever loving shit out of the left and center.

I'd bet good money that even if Obama is somehow not the Democratic candidate in 2012, the Democrats would still be able to pull it off.

However, my skeptical side reminds me that I didn't foresee Bush winning (pardon me, stealing) a second election either.
