30. And the DNC, and the DCCC. It certainly was not a result of anything Liberal voters did.
Polls show that it was the "independents" who failed to show up or who voted GOP, not Liberals.

If Liberals were out to "punish" Obama, I think we would have seen a huge spike in far left 3rd party votes. Did not happen.

In other words, after all the compromising & steering to the right to attract "moderates" or what have you, they remained unimpressed with prevailing DEM centrisim and either went GOP or stayed home.
