Made up mostly of tax cuts, depreciation write offs and bonds for the uber wealthy. It will have a very marginal impact on employment. Too bad FDR programs have been thrown out with the trash. Obama sure does like those RepubliCON ideas.

"The Senate is moving toward final package of a $15-billion jobs bill that includes tax breaks for companies that hire new workers, a reauthorization of one year of highway funding, an expansion of the Build America Bonds program and a provision allowing companies to write off equipment purchases. Language added by the House to change the proposed treatment of certain bonds upset some Republican senators.
