From what I read (and don't ask me where, it was a long time ago) some women have excessive "hood" that can reduce sexual pleasure. Seems to me that having it trimmed by a qualified surgeon would be every bit as legit as men taking viagra.

For that matter, if a woman wants to get her labia redesigned, is that really a problem at all? I would think breast enlargement would be a more intrusive procedure, and society appears to have accepted, some might say embraced, that practice.
