More money available from less taxes gives them more to invest in risky and wacky schemes and derivatives. It is the boom and bust cycle of opportunity that these sad money-grubbers get so excited about and rich from. Thus so lost in wealth as to be apathetic or oblivious as to the consequences of these failures and to the plight of common people so affected.
