Every action Obama takes only reinforces my belief that he doesn't intend to run again. There is no way, no way, any sitting President could so methodically, and deliberately alienate every one of his base constituencies while planning to get re-elected. I agree with everyone that Obama is not stupid. I do NOT agree that he is a likable guy. Likable guys don't shit all over you and then tell you (through administration staff) to STFU and like it!
