I'm sure you would need to preface the email with wording that makes it clear that you are talking about the Sinclair Dameron in the facebook photo and not necessarily the Sinclair Dameron that works for Go-Tech especially since there is no photo of Sinclair Dameron on the Go-Tech website.

Are there any laws against doing this?
