9. O'Reilly wants 'temporary' executive order instead of PERMANENT vote from Congress.
The only thing I can figure out is that Bill O'Reilly wants Obama to sign an executive order on DADT instead of waiting for Congress to VOTE to end DADT 'permanently'. Bill probably knows that any executive order Obama signs can be reversed by any other future president. If Bill really is serious about getting rid of DADT permanently then he'd be getting on Congress to get the repeal bill passed and get off of Obama's ass regarding the issue!
