my sister hit it on the head just now at dinner. she asked ne "How many christmas cards from tenants did you get last year?" I said "I dunno maybe 7-10." she said "next year plaster all those cards in the window facing is building."

My brother chimed in. " so you know his building pretty well helping Ms Jacobson? I said "yeah" bro said "well call what you know is in violation in on him." I said That's what I was thinking... then again he took possession of the property after the Boiler was shut down for the season. (I shut it down) I will refuse to help him light it come Fall." bro said is it like yours? I said "yup two stage with a hidden pilot one must know where it is to light. Or (because of the safety features)it will never stay burning." we laughed. as that's the plan...


I really cannot wait to see him blow a couple hundred for some one else to come light his boiler.
