Sarah Palin Running for President?

It was announced this morning that Sarah Palin's daugther, Bristol Palin, is now engaged to Levi Johnson. This to me is a sign that Sarah Palin is planning to run for president. I do not for one second believe that Sarah Palin was unaware of her daugther's engagement. Does anyonoe at DU believe that Palin was surprised to find out that her daugther was engaged? When this stuff about Bristol and Levi considering getting back together first came out I began to think that Sarah Palin was planning a run for the presidency. As the Johnson apology came out that increased my belief that Palin was planning a run for the presidency. Recently, Palin put out a video that was supposed about Republican women, but only featured Palin.

What allows me think think this is all part of a presidential run is what happened during the 2008 presidential election. When Palin was running as Vice President Bristol and Levi were engaged. After President Obama won the election they ended their engagement.

For anyone asking why this is coming out now when the presidential election is two years away I would say she is getting everything in order so she can make a run. Now days presidential campaigns take a long time. I think she is planning to get out first in that she may be thinking that if she starts her campaign first she might be able to win the Republican nomination. So, what do others think?
