47. I agree. DK is one of a select few group of politicians that I believe

have a fervent belief in democracy and the importance of conducting themselves with total integrity as servants of the people of the US.

I don't think DK can be corrupted by corporations, and he is not afraid to speak his mind no matter how politically unpopular his opinions and observations might be. He spoke out against the war, and called Bu*h and the administration out as liars before the invasion of Iraq began. I knew damn well that they were lying, and so did DK.

I feel that, by far, DK represents me, and my opinions and beliefs, more than any other public servant that I am aware of.

His modest upbringing, and his subsequent actions, words, good judgment, and accurate foresight as a public servant, lead me to believe that he fully understands what the average American has to go through in order to survive, what we need to do to maintain our liberty and democracy, and what the nation needs in order to go forth safely, productively, sanely, and progressively into the future. All of this is of the utmost importance to me as an individual.

If DK were elected President of the US, I would volunteer some time to help him make the country better, in some area where I could be the most useful, because I think that DK would make a genuine, sincere, focused, effective, and aggressive effort to solve the real problems faced by our nation, and he would not compromise with special interests whose only self-serving intent is to maintain the status quo for it's own profit and power without any regard for the well-being, liberty, and security of the people of the United States

I don't have nearly this kind of trust for any of the other candidates that are running, because I'm a little worried about how much influence the global corporate powers that be have on their decision making.

So I'll be voting for Dennis in the primaries, unless he drops out of the running before that time.
